Alarm Management

While inventory data is updated at regular fifteen minute intervals, alarm activity is reported upon occurrence. No time is wasted in the process of informing appropriate personnel of active conditions which may cause environmental damage or pose hazard to safety.

• Immediate notification of tank system alarms via email or text message with date and time of occurrence indicated.
• The full alarm array may be filtered so that various personnel only receive notification of alarms for which they have some service responsibility.
• Closure of an alarm, with date and time stamp, is also reported.
• A record of alarm activity may be displayed and printed for archival purposes.
• The PetroGauge system gives managers, operators, technicians, and dispatchers the ability to track alarm response activities to ensure that each alarm is responded to in a timely, proper, and efficient manner.
